What is StorySacks Borrow Box?

StorySacks Borrow Box is a rotating story and play experience for families. Every 6 weeks, you receive a themed StorySacks Borrow Box with a children’s book plus puppets, wooden toys and play pieces to enjoy at home. You keep the box for 6 weeks, then return it and swap for a new theme.

What ages is Borrow Box suitable for?

Borrow Box is available in two age bands: 18 months–3 years and 3–6 years. Each box is curated to be developmentally appropriate for your child’s stage.

How often will we receive a Borrow Box?

A new Borrow Box is delivered every 6 weeks as part of your monthly subscription.

How does the return process work?

When it’s time to return your Borrow Box, simply place the items back into the box, attach the prepaid return label provided and drop it to any post office during the return window. There’s no need to print anything or arrange a collection.

When will I be charged?

Billing is monthly. You’ll only be charged when your first Borrow Box is dispatched. After that, your subscription continues on a monthly basis.

When is the next dispatch?

Our next Borrow Box dispatch is scheduled for the week commencing 24 March. Join by the cut-off date to be included in this cohort.

What’s included in each Borrow Box?

Each Borrow Box contains a curated StorySacks experience built around a theme such as farm, zoo, space, feelings, fairytales or seasonal surprises. Inside you’ll find a children’s book plus supporting play pieces including puppets, wooden toys and sensory items. Each box has a retail value of €100+ if purchased individually.

How are the items cleaned between families?

All items are cleaned, checked and refreshed between families using child-safe cleaning methods. Items are fully dried and inspected before being re-packed. We avoid harsh chemicals and take care to ensure everything is safe for little hands.

What if something gets damaged or lost?

Normal wear and tear from everyday play is expected. If something is accidentally damaged or goes missing, just let us know — we approach this with kindness and fairness.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments.

Can siblings share one Borrow Box?

Borrow Box is designed for one age band per subscription. Siblings are welcome to enjoy the box together, but the contents will be curated to suit the selected age range.
